In response to the recent economic environment we made several houses available as rental homes. Some of the renters of these homes will likely purchase, however, there are others that have proven to be stellar community members and renters that may not be able to buy. These renters would like to remain in the community and so for those of you that may be considering La Querencia as an investment property, consider the homes with one of these reliable tenants.

La Querencia has 28 private homes consisting of four sizes/styles

2 bedroom, 1¾ bath upstairs or downstairs flats, 1,100 +/- square feet.

3 bedroom, 2½ bath townhouses, 1,500 +/- square feet.

4 bedroom, 2¾ bath townhouses, 1,700 +/- square feet.

5 bedroom, 3½ bath townhouses, 1,900 +/- square feet.

All of the units have a private kitchen, dining area, living room, bedrooms, laundry hook-ups, a generous porch, and private yard (with the exception of upstairs flats). All homes are built with quality materials to ensure years of quiet, low maintenance, energy efficient, and quality living.
