Position: Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:
Fresno’s most environmentally
sustainable neighborhood is nearing completion.
La Querencia will serve as a model for
developers and builders aiming to build a strong community, while shrinking
their carbon footprint. We are seeking a
self-directed person capable of managing marketing as well as sales.
A group of future residents forms a strong nucleus for the
community and is supporting the marketing and sales efforts. The person we hire will work closely with
these community members on outreach and events, while leading the sales campaign.
Responsibilities:
- Organize
outreach and info events for realtors
- Organize
and staff open house and related events for public
- Collaborate
on materials – flyers, advertising, text for website
- Target
outreach – relocation specialists, environmental groups, etc.
- Coordinate
interior decorator for staging of model units
- Follow
through on prospects and leads
- Organize
and support orientation sessions
- Complete
purchase contracts and support sales through closing
Qualifications:
- Experience
with sales and marketing
- Excellent
oral and written communications skills
- Positive,
motivated and self-directed
- Passion
for environmental sustainability
- Ability
to facilitate the work of others
- Availability
to work nights and weekends – typical home sales hours
